Met with the appriser and at the same time was able to catch the electrical conduit trench. There’s also a photo of the trench to the well.

Last week the foundation construction was completed. This included adding the moisture barrier and footing drainage system. After the Building Inspector reviewed the progress the drainage was covered in stone and a fabric mesh and the foundation was backfilled. The site was also graded with the remaining material. More stone was brought in and the basement was filled as well as the basement stairwell.

This past weekend in anticipation of the upcoming snow forecast for Monday the framing began. The crew was able to frame the subfloor and get it covered before the snow.
